Chapter 3.5: Abbreviations & Acronyms
Abbreviating something means to make it shorter, such as "L.O.L" is the abbreviation for "Laugh out Loud". And the way you would represent that with HTML is give what your abbreviating its title of it fully stands for with and then the actual text of the abbreviated word, such as:

S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.

Would make:

S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.

Would make:
S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.
Now when you put your mouse over that line of text it will show what it means. Go ahead, put your mouse over S.S and it will read you "Sunspots". This is great for explaining things to people that they don't know.
Now when your shortening a business name, we like to think of that as an "Acronym" or the tag. (No shortings). And like the abbreviation tag you just and then it will display it as it did wit the abbreviation tag.
So...

NASA Discovered this

Would Make:
So...

NASA Discovered this

Would Make:
NASA Discovered this
Now let's put those two things together and throw in an
tag to represent separated information, and add some headers to show which columns has which information. So...

The Information:

S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.

Who discovered this:

NASA Discovered this

will then make:

The Information:

S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.

Who discovered this:

NASA Discovered this

will then make:
The Information:
S.S are areas of the sun that are cooler than the rest.
Who discovered this:
NASA Discovered this
